I have used GymGoal since 2010 (the original version) and love it. It syncs across all devices and allows me to create numerous customized workouts (even add pics if you want to-this feature could be helpful for clients/patients attending physical therapy or personal training sessions to take pics during a session to remember form later on. As a PT this could be a useful tool that I may try with some of my technologically inclined patients. I find this app is very reliable and provides a way to back-up and sync my data across devices (great for when I upgraded my iPhone). I also enjoy the new watch support. I e-mailed the developer and got a reply the same day when inquiring about watch availability. They seem to make themselves accessible and follow through on customer concerns. The reason I did not give the app 5 stars and one additional piece of feedback for the developers as well as potential buyers is that it is annoying to have to start the program on the phone prior to the app running on the watch. I tried to start it on the watch once and it crashed the app for about a 1/2 day on both devices. As long as the app is started on the phone first it works great but I would like to to begin a workout on the watch without the phone since I like to workout with just the watch at the gym. Overall, best weight training/cardio tracking app Ive found!
