Pros and cons of GymGoal Pro app for iPhone and iPad

GymGoal Pro app good for

Super , this app help me to control my development since first release.
I use this app for more than 4 years for my training at the gym. Everything what I need!
Best application for tracking progress on app market! Really good work guys, 5*!
This app is an essential part of my workout. I use it for all my weightlifting exercises. The only thing it needs is the ability to import and export from spreadsheets and flat files.
I rarely write reviews but I have to write one about GymGoal. This app has been my indispensable daily workout partner for several years now. I follow weight training programs I received from trainers, some I found on the Internet and some I created myself. Its been well worth the effort to set these programs up in GymGoal. I have my exercises, reps, weights, rest and even notes about good form all entered. I switch up which routine I follow each month for best results and I often go back to old routines. Without a tool like this its easy to fall into a habit of just doing the same old workout over and over with diminishing returns. My daily morning weight training accompanied by GymGoal is my Zen hour that always starts my day off with focus and energy. I couldnt live without it!
I love this workout app. It may not be the prettiest, or easiest to use, but it has everything you need to create and log any kind of workout imaginable. And once you do figure out how to use it, you will find it the fastest as well. Its really brilliantly designed. I just wish Apple would feature it so that others could discover it too.

Some bad moments

What a horrible design. Its 2016 and such design is from like 10 years ago.. But the app is good. Just desperately needs a design upgrade
It seems impossible to watch your heart rate while exercising using apple watch with this app. I would have returned it if I could. User interface is also awful. It took me a while to figure out how it works. Such a waste of time and money.
Update: Ive moved my review from a 2-star to a 1-star. Ive put in 2 help requests via email and thru the app over the last 3 weeks and gotten no response. Id really like my money back at this point. Original Review: Maybe Ill change my mind as I use it more, but this is pretty disappointing for $7. Maybe Im missing how to do this, but Id like to see schedules added for maxing, and then have it tell me what weights to do based on my maxes. Also, Id like to be able to tell the app what equipment I have and have it design workouts around that equipment. If those features are part of this, and Im not seeing them, Id love to know. Without those, all I see this as is a list of random exercises and a place to record what I do. Im hoping Im wrong.
I absolutely love this app, but when I downloaded the latest upgrade 7.8.9 I was no longer able to open the app. I hope this will be fixed right away, as this is my favourite work out app.
Has a lot of functionality, but so complicated to use that its not worth it.
What a horrible design. Its 2015 and such design is from like 10 years ago.. But the app is good. Just desperately needs a design upgrade
